Application Steps

Read the summer camp information below. Detailed information is provided in the online application, but an overview of important information is given below.

Complete the initial CONTACT FORM.

Completing the contact form lets us know you’re interested in our Completing the contact form lets us know you’re interested in our program. Once we receive the contact form, you will receive a “Welcome” email (please allow up to 2 days to receive the email), where you will be able access the client portal. In your client portal, you will find the application paperwork, be able to submit reports, etc.

Pay the $300 deposit plus $50 processing fee, through the client portal.

A. $350 is due with the completed applications packet ($300.00 deposit, plus $50 non-refundable processing fee). Applications will not be considered complete until the deposit is received. Deposits will be applied towards the total summer camp fee, if the student is placed in a summer camp. If a family forgoes the scheduled spot once they’ve received a confirmation, a $100.00 processing fee will be retained and the remainder of the deposit returned. If we are unable to place a student in a group, the student will be placed on the waiting list and the deposit will be returned in full (minus the processing fee).

Download the Teacher Feedback form from the client portal. Once the teacher(s), complete the feedback form, you can upload the form(s) into the client portal.

As we switch over to the client portal format, we ask that all students (both new and returning), complete the online application and submit relevant reports. Uploading reports is only required one time, and then in the future only updated reports would need to be uploaded.
